The short version

We don't sell your information. We don't share it with anyone outside the companies that help us run this business, listed below.

The only information we get from this site is what you type into our quote form or our booking calendar. If you don't fill either one out, we don't collect anything about you beyond ordinary website traffic data.

What you give us

Our quote form asks for your name, your company, your contact details, and information about your building, like its size, type, and how many restrooms it has. Our booking calendar asks for your name, email, and phone number so we can confirm the appointment.

You choose what to put in those fields. We don't ask for anything about your building's security, and you shouldn't send us alarm codes, key locations, or entry procedures through this website. If we work together, we'll handle that separately and carefully.

Who handles it

Both the quote form and the booking calendar are run by GoHighLevel, the customer management software this business runs on. When you submit either one, your information goes to our GoHighLevel account. Their privacy terms apply to how they store it.

We use it to send you a quote, schedule a walkthrough, and follow up about your building. That's it.

What loads alongside our form

Our quote form arrives with two things attached that we don't control directly. One is Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a real person is filling out the form rather than a bot. The other is a Meta advertising pixel, which is standard in GoHighLevel forms and can be used to measure advertising.

Both set cookies in your browser. If you'd rather not load them, don't submit the form. Call us instead and we'll take your information the ordinary way.

What we never handle

This website never asks for or processes credit card numbers, bank details, or Social Security numbers. If you become a client, invoices and payments are handled through our accounting software, not here.

Asking us to delete your information

Email or call us and ask. We'll remove your record from our system and confirm when it's done. You don't need a reason.

Changes to this page

If we change what this site collects, we'll update this page and change the date at the top.
