- Are you insured?
- Yes. The Cleaner You is fully insured. Bring it up during your walkthrough and we'll go over the details with you.
- Do you background check your cleaners?
- Yes. Every cleaner who enters your building is background checked. You're handing someone access to your facility. You should know exactly who that is.
- Do I need to provide cleaning supplies or equipment?
- No. We bring our own supplies and equipment to every visit. Nothing comes out of your storage closet and nothing gets added to your budget.
- What cleaning products do you use?
- We use eco-friendly, green cleaning products. They're safer for your staff, your visitors, and anyone on site with sensitivities.
- What areas do you serve?
- We serve the Des Moines metro and the surrounding cities, including Des Moines, West Des Moines, Ankeny, Urbandale, Waukee, Johnston, Grimes, Norwalk, Pleasant Hill, Bondurant. If you're nearby and don't see your city listed, call us and ask.
- What kinds of buildings do you clean?
- Offices, churches, daycares, salons, and medical offices. We handle recurring commercial contracts. If you're not sure whether your building is a fit, just ask.
- Do you clean during or after business hours?
- Whichever works for you. Most clients prefer after hours so there's no disruption to their team. We build the schedule around your business, not ours.
- How does pricing work?
- Every building is different, so every quote is different. We walk your facility, usually in about 30 minutes, then build a scope and send you a custom quote. No pressure and no obligation.
- What happens if something gets missed?
- You call us and we come fix it, the same day whenever we can. You shouldn't have to send three emails to get something handled.
- Will I get the same crew every time?
- Yes, and that's the point. The same crew learns your building and stops needing reminders. We also keep backup coverage, so someone calling out never means a skipped clean.
- Are you locally owned?
- Yes. We're locally owned, based in Altoona, and we've served the Des Moines metro since 2021.
- How do I get started?
